What information will be collected and reported?

The following information will be collected and reported:

• First and last name
• Primary address
• Tax identification Numbers (TIN) issued to that seller, including each Member State of issuance
• Place of birth of the seller, in the absence of a TIN
• Date of birth
• Total Amounts earned via Homestay platform during each quarter of the reportable period
• No of bookings transacted through the Homestay platform during each quarter of the reportable period
• Homestay fees withheld or charged by the Homestay platform during each quarter of the
• reportable period.
• Financial account identifier(s) i.e. bank account or other payment services account, if the host is availing of cancellation protection model
• Name of holder of account into which the payment is made if not the Host’s account
• Country of residence
• Listing address
• Land Registration Number
• Number of days rented i.e. nights booked
