Claudiane from Brazil spent her holidays with our new Vancouver host Jacqueline. She lives in a 100 year old Heritage Home in a very safe, quiet neighbourhood only 10 minutes by bus to downtown Vancouver. It's also easily accessible to the ski resorts in North Vancouver. The house was purchased by her husband's grandfather in the 1920's and they are the third generation to live there. Her homestay made her vacation even more amazing.
Jacquelines home
I loved her, she's so cute and helpful. She was also checking in with us to see did we need anything and helped us a lot about everything there. We talked a lot. When I arrived early in the evenings I enjoyed my chats with her. She is an amazing person, her daughter is too. I loved know this family and staying there, probably I'll return there.
I liked a lot about the privacy we had there and comfortable bedroom. Everything was so clean with good smell. The location of the house and the bus was so close it was easy to use public transportation there. I spent one week and didn't need to take a taxi anywhere. It's a nice place with lovely family there.

We visited all the tourist attractions, sunrise in English Bay, Stanley Park, Chinatown to buy some souvenirs. Whistler was the best place, it's so beautiful. Victoria is amazing, a lot of palaces, gardens. The suspension bridge in Sea to Sky is nice. Capilano park is good too. There are very beautiful vision of nature's river, three etc,
Whistler
It's a great city to enjoy the whole day.. Sunset only started around 10 pm. There are many good bars there. However we found that we didn't have enough energy for late nights because our day was so busy. We did so many interesting tours and we walked for miles. So don't forget comfortable shoes and clothes. You need go to Whistler too.. It's amazing there.
