Our family lives on a pretty, tree-lined quiet street in Templeogue/Rathfarnham. Two adult daughters and two dogs. We are a five-minute walk to 4 different bus routes for about a half hour from the city centre. A 5-minute walk to the local shops/church/library/restaurants/pubs/supermarket/post office. We have a large garden which backs onto a playing field perfect for jogging or chilling out. We like to make our guests feel at home and join in family life but happy to give them peace and quiet and their own personal space.

About the Area
Our house is located on the south side of Dublin city in a quiet and safe suburb on the border of Templeogue/Rathfarnham. We are half an hours bus ride from the city centre and a 30 minute drive from the airport via the M50.
We have a choice of bus stops within 5 minutes from our house and there are a lot of options including routes to the northside.
There are lots of shops/supermarkets/library/churches/pubs/parks/cafes some specialist shops and clothes shops within walking distance of our home.

House Rules
Please keep our home secure and ensure doors and windows are locked when entering and leaving the house.
Please do not adjust the central heating setting, ask me and I will happily do it for you.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10.30, please.
Please do not invite strangers into our home, if you would like to invite a friend over please agree with it with me in advance.
We want you to enjoy your stay with us as much as we look forward to having you as our guest.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 10% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
