We are a young professional couple who spend most of our time at work. We travel and both like exploring diverse cultures. This traditional red brick neighbourhood is right in the heart of the Northside. We offer a spacious 5-bedroom house with a garden. There is super easy access to both Dublin Airport and Dublin City Centre. Here are some key features:
* Bus stop to the City Centre and Airport is only a 3-minute walk
* Supermarket is just 5-minute away
* A fully equipped kitchen
* Very fast internet
Common Spaces:
* We have a movie space with a projector (our favourite spot!).
* Extra workspace is available.
* Bathrooms are shared with other guests.
* There's a washing machine for laundry, but no dryer, apologies.
* In the kitchen, you'll find two fridges (one for veggies), but no dishwasher, apologies.
* You're welcome to use the yoga and workout equipment for exercise.
Please note that we will only accept bookings of a minimum of 14 days

About the Area
Beaumont got its name from the French words meaning 'beautiful hill.' Arthur Guinness built a family house here in 1764. This peaceful neighbourhood is filled with lots of greenery and wide tree-lined avenues. If you enjoy parks, you can walk to Santry Demesne in about half an hour. There are also two pubs nearby for those who are long for Irish folk music.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 10% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
