I am a Pharmacy student ,who moved to Dublin from Norway recently. I would like to meet new people.During your stay ,we will be two persons in the apartment.You will have a quiet big private room in the apartment(around 14 square meter) and a table with a chair, kettle and toaster inside your room.The bathroom is not private and you have to share it with me.

The location is second to none with Drimnagh village on your doorstep with its wide selection of local shops, restaurants and bars.A big super value super market can be reached within 5 minutes walk. With excellent transport links in the area, there are numerous bus routes on Drimnagh Road linking into the city centre.The bus stop is just few steps from the entrance door of the Apartments block.Along with both Kylemore and Bluebell luas stops are both within walking distance,For people going further afield, the M50 and N7 are within minutes drive of Lansdowne Valley.

Excellent séjour chez Peyman. La chambre est spacieuse tt comme la sdb. L appartement est ds une résidence calme et sécurisée au pied de l arrêt de bus.tres bien desservi... en 20 mn, vous êtes au centre de Dublin...je n ai pas beaucoup vu Peyman mais il s est régulièrement soucié de mon confort par messages. Encore merci à lui.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 10% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
