Myself and Adult Son and dog are the occupants. It is a chilled relaxed household with a beautiful garden in a small safe development in south Dublin. you would have use of a TV room if you wish and your bedroom is a large double room. You would be able to use the kitchen to prepare meals. All utilities are included and you would share the main bathroom with 1 other. The house is large enough to afford you privacy, and we both come and go as we work part-time. If you are a mature student or a young professional relocating to Dublin for work and want to ease yourself into finding more long term accommodation as you find your feet this would be perfect for you. There is safe parking and bus routes about 10mins walk from the house.

About the Area
Our house is located South of the city near Dundrum, Sandyford, UCD, 2 mins from Exit 13 on M50. The nearest bus routes are 10mins walk from house. The area is well serviced with shops, restaurants, pubs and amenties. Beside Marley Park.

“Clodagh’s house is well placed, with easy options to reach the city center and close to a wonderful park where you can have a walk. It’s also near to Lidl.
The bedroom is huge, in a really quiet place with a beautiful view.
Chloe is an amazing woman, very friendly and nice.

Lovely room in a lovely house. Great location just off the M50. Perfect for what I needed. Clodagh is a great host. I would thoroughly recommend this stay to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay at Clodagh's place. The house and the room I stayed in were lovely and cozy, with lots of natural light. It is located close to a park that has lots of activities on the weekend. Clodagh is a very nice, respectful and understanding host.

Clodagh and her son are both really nice, you would have your privacy in your room which is not too close to other ones, the kitchen is fully equiped, really perfect homestay! just a bit far from the bus stop (15/20min).
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 10% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
