We are a couple and we have had overseas students all summer. We really enjoy looking after them and meeting all nationalities. I also provide a laundry service. Our rate is 160 per person per week and they have the full use of the sitting room and garden. We have two rooms available one single and one twin or double ifit is a couple.
We offer dinner in the evening for €5 per night.

About the Area
We live in a quiet suburb in a cul de sac and we have parking for one car with our own but there is no problem parking on the road. We are 5 minutes from blanchardstown shopping centre and there is a cinema and leisure plex there also. The bus is two minutes walk from the house and goes direct to the city centre and to Trinity College an d Belfield College.

For bookings far in advance, we need a deposit after the guest has paid the 15% deposit fee to Homestay.com. I will contact you to discuss it.

My aunt and I stayed with Elizabeth and John and we enjoyed our stay very much. We found then both friendly and helpful. I was to stay longer but found permanent accommodation and Had to move inmediatly. I was very sad to leave but Elizabeth was very understanding and I would certainly recommended anyone to stay with them.

Staying with Elizabeth and her husband was great. I stayed there the first weeks when I came to Ireland and both were really kind and welcoming. They were always helping then I had a question, and I enjoyed staying there.
Also the house and neighborhood are really nice.Thanks for the great time and all the help.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 10% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
