Large family home, close to excellent transport links to both the city centre and the sea side (Howth & Malahide).
My twin daughters have now flown the nest, so I have two large double bedrooms available. Downstairs, we have a large sitting room at the front of the house, a second smaller sitting room adjacent and a very large kitchen-diner looking out onto the garden. The garden is west facing, so during the summer months we have the sun here from early morning until late evening and there's plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy an al fresco dinner!
I'm very friendly, and would offer as much help as possible during your stay, be it about Dublin or great places to visit in Ireland. I'll do my very best to ensure your stay in Dublin is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

About the Area
The house is set in a quiet suburb, a little out from the city centre and 10 minutes drive from the airport, depending on traffic. A bus stops 5 mins from the house, and would have you in the city centre in 25-30 mins. Upon walking about 10 minutes from the house, you will find a main road with 5 more bus routes directly into the city centre (again 20-30 mins).
You will find a DART station 20 mins walk from the house, where you can travel by train to the sea side towns of Howth and Malahide in 10-15 mins. You can also travel to the city centre on the DART which takes about 20 mins. This service also travels to the south side of Dublin to sea side towns such as Dalkey and Dun Laoighre.

I could never have asked for a better welcome into Ireland. I am a South African relocating to Ireland, currently on my own, and Tina made the experience very welcoming. From gentle words of support to full blown advice on Ireland, Dublin and anything in general. Tina from the bottom of my heart thank you!!! If anyone ever needs a place to call home for a short period, this is the place!!!!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed into Tina’s home, and that warm hospitality continued throughout my stay. Her kindness and friendliness made me feel like part of the family, which was especially comforting being in a foreign city.
The house itself was charming and cozy, providing a perfect home away from home. My room was not only comfortable but also thoughtfully furnished, making it a relaxing and inviting space to retreat to after a day of exploring Dublin. Tina was a wonderful host providing that all my needs were met.
Additionally, Tina’s willingness to share insights about Dublin and its culture were invaluable to me, as well as the possibility for a nice evening chat, which greatly enhanced my stay.
Overall, Tina’s homestay was a memorable and enriching experience. I genuinely hope to have the opportunity to visit Dublin again and stay at her home in the future.Host reply

Tina was a great host ( she’s sociable) and was supportive incase I needed any help with anything around the house. She offered to give me a ride to the Airport as I left Dublin as I had many suitcases which was really helpful. I felt at home and her place.

I stayed at Tina's house for 5 days. Honestly, I have never experienced such a comfortable home stay before. Tina was a really kind, considerate and gorgeous lady. The bedroom was so clean with a beautiful view. The bathroom was also very neat, and I could soothe the day's fatigue by taking a warm water shower every day. I was free to have my meals in the kitchen using the food I have prepared. Thanks to Tina, I had a wonderful impression of Dublin, Ireland. In short, it was an awesome stay!

Tina, she is an absolutely wonderful woman. Very kind, helpful like a real mother. You can book with your eyes closed. I'm so glad to bump into her. If you're friendly you can chat easily with her and improve your English if it's your aim or just talk about the life.
She lives close the stop bus 15 or 26, you can easily go to the city center of Dublin, that's useful.
Thank you Tina for everything, hope see you soon.
(What a shame, I can't add more love)
