SELF SERVICE BREAKFAST AND PREPARED COOKED DINNER INCLUDED IN PRICE ALONG WITH WIFI AND AMENITIES. -
I live in a leafy green suburb in South Dublin. My home is set in a picturesque development overlooking one of three lovely green parks. There are two tennis courts on the development for the use of the residents and guests. I enjoy gardening, movies and reading. My daughter (35) lives 2 hours away and is married and has given me two delightful little grand daughters and a little grandson. My son (34) has recently returned from New York and lives and works in Dublin.
I provide bed and self service breakfast and a prepared cooked dinner each day. There are NO cooking facilities for guests. WiFi and all bills included in the price quoted.
I also provide towels and bed linen.
A €500 security deposit is require upon booking which is fully refundable should no cost be incurred at the end of the agreed stay.
I can only accept females who are fully Vaccinated.

My house is located close to the city center in a quiet, safe suburb called Clonskeagh. The house is close to a supermarket, post office, pub and a beautiful park, churches and to bus routes to the city center and other areas.

To confirm your booking you would need to pay a security deposit in advance in the amount of €500 which is refundable at the end of your stay should no costs have been incurred by you. Rent for the first month is payable on arrival and is thereafter paid monthly in advance.

I spent 5 weeks with Ava very nice. Ava is very nice, always in a good mood, very attentive to make everything go well. And it was perfect: the house is beautiful, with a small garden, very clean, always tidy in a very quiet and very secure area. The bedroom and bathroom are perfect as pictured. Ava cooks very nice and varied dishes top! and we shared good meals (special mention for the fish! My favorite dish). The buses (11 and 39A) are a 10-minute walk away and provide easy access to the city centre. In short, do not hesitate to discover Ireland and especially to meet its very welcoming inhabitants.

Xavier was the perfect housemate. So kind and thoughtful and considerate. The 5 weeks just flew by, it was such an enjoyable time. We had great chats at dinnertime. He was just so neat and tidy always, an absolute pleasure to host. I am so glad he choose my accommodation.

It was a pure pleasure having Xiaochen living here with me for 4 months. She is such a kind, thoughtful person and was always so grateful for even the simplest things I did for her. She was always so happy and cheerful, an all round wonderful person <3.

First, I would like to express my most sincere thanks to Ava. I was very well received and treated with great affection from the first moment. I also had the opportunity to live with two more guests, very nice girls.
Ava is an excellent hostess, always making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. She respects our privacy but is always available to help. Ava takes care of the house, guest laundry and dinner. She cooks very well, and the dinners were always wonderful, all done with great care. She was very patient so that we could have pleasant conversations, which is not easy because my English is still quite amateur.
I chose this option because the room looked comfortable, included breakfast, dinner and laundry and mainly because the house was very close to UCD. But I didn't expect my experience to be so good, it exceeded my expectations. Ava made being away from home not seem so difficult. So, I recommend this homestay 100% and I just don't give more hearts because the maximum is 5.

I wish I knew how to describe a pure angel because that's what Dailine is. Such a kind, caring person which made it so easy for me to love her <3. I so enjoyed her company and I miss her now, sitting and chatting with her at dinner time and hearing about her life and family and telling her about mine. A pure Angel <3. I really enjoyed my stay at Ava’s house and would definitely recommend it. She was a great host and she always took care of my laundry. Dinner was always delicious. She is totally caring and warm-hearted. Hope to see you again.

Our stay at Ava's house was an excellent experience. The house is very comfortable, clean and cozy. In addition, Ava is a great woman, she welcomed us fantastically, we did not speak a bit of English and she had incredible patience to make our stay enjoyable. Her delicious meals and her perfect attention. If you need a place to stay in a beautiful place, surrounded by green areas and with excellent connectivity, we blindly recommend her house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 10% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
