We are a busy couple in our late 30s with a lovely quiet and well-kept period house in a cul de sac in the charming, upmarket suburban village of Rathgar. We don’t work routine hours so there’s rarely a rush for the shower in the morning! The house is cosy and sophisticated with ample kitchen facilities, including your own fridge; wifi signal is strong and reliable. Electric shower in a modern shared bathroom

About the Area
We are a 30 minute walk from the city centre but have a host of public buses on our doorstep that will have you in the city in 10-15 minutes. We can help you with parking in the area if needs be but you're better off without a car! The village has two nice cafes, a super delicatessen, 4 restaurants, a supermarket, two pubs and a late-opening pharmacy. Two beautiful parks nearby- Bushy Park and Palmerstown Park- and there is a stunning riverside walk in the area
